What is Pilates?
Pilates is a low impact group of exercises that utilises mat work and specific equipment to enhance your body's inner strength and core muscles.
Why is our Pilates better?
The Glen Back Care & Sports Therapy's Pilates is
clinically based and has been developed by qualified therapists. We use current medical research to
enhance traditional Pilates principles and provide individual programs.
Who can do the classes?
Everybody. Pilates is for all ages and all body types.
Who conducts the classes?
All classes are conducted and supervised by a Pilates trained Physiotherapist. Your program is specifically tailored for your condition and constantly monitored and progressed as deemed necessary by the Physiotherapist.
How long are the classes?
Each class runs for 30 to 60 minutes.
When do the classes run?
There are many classes throughout the week.
