Disc Disease
The discs in our spine function like mini shock absorbers. They absorb compression forces therefore protecting our vertebrae. Unfortunately our discs can become weakened and damaged over time, particularly by poor sitting posture , repeated or sustained forward bending or being overweight. The discs can become flattened or narrowed, or develop a bulge or protrusion, leading to pain, disability and other problems. Phone for a consultation with one of our experienced practitioners for a thorough assessment and treatment plan. You don't have to live with pain-SOMETHING CAN BE DONE!
